It is hard to believe the regular season is here! This summer, the Cheerleaders held seven camps, a youth pregame halftime, two calendar release parties, not to mention rehearsals every Tuesday and Thursday. School has just started for my two boys. I know, it's a lot to juggle, but I love what I'm doing.
Did you know I went back to school as well? I have to admit it was a big decision, but the flexibility of Kaplan University's online MBA program has empowered me to do it all. I was a little worried about how I would make it all work, but with the support I've been given not only at home but through my professors, my KU education advisor, my Redskins colleagues and the girls on the squad, it's working out great. I haven't missed a beat!
In fact, I just dropped the boys off at school, took a quiz (got 86.7 on it) for my cost management class and am getting ready to work on choreography for rehearsal tonight! Whew...and breathe.
