4 Senior Bowl standouts from Trevor Sikkema

The Senior Bowl officially wrapped up last weekend, and "Drive to the Draft" co-hosts Logan Paulsen and Jason Johnson were there to provide Washington Commanders fans will all the details about which prospects stood out among the rest.

As part of their daily coverage of the all-star week, Paulsen and Johnson had Pro Football Focus draft analyst Trevor Sikkema as a guest to discuss his thoughts on Washington's needs and which prospects were on his radar. Here are some of Sikkema's Senior Bowl standouts.

Romello Height, DE, Texas Tech

Height: 6-foot-3
Weight: 234
2025 stats: 38 tackles, 10 sacks, 2 FFs, 1 FR

Sikkema: He's kind of interesting. My comp for him is Austin Booker. He was the same way. He basically had the same body type, where it's just that long, slender body type, and he won so much with being quick and slippery at the college level. But Austin Booker's had to put on weight. He's had to put on some good weight, and it's taken him a little bit of time to get comfortable to that weight. But I think specifically in the second half of the season this year, he started to show that he was a lot more comfortable at that weight. So I think that's always going to be the goal of players like that. Right now, I'll tell you that Romello Height is just a pass rush specialist for you, but you're also not drafting that player at seven. That's something Washington could potentially think about with later picks that they might have in this draft.

Vincent Anthony Jr., DE, Duke

Height: 6-foot-6
Weight: 246
2025 stats: 34 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 1 FF, 2 PDs

Sikkema: I think he's sort of one of those fringe top 100 type of players. I think if I had to bet right now over/under pick 100, I would say over. I do think he's more of an early Day 3 type of a player, but...he passes the "off of the bus" test ... That just means he looks like an NFL player. When I watched him at Duke, he won a lot with that long-arm move. He loved to based a lot of his pass rushes off getting off the ball quick, getting that arm up into the chest of the offensive linemen, getting them on their heels and then whether it's some sort of a push-pull or whether it's some sort of an arm-over swim move, he'd combine that with another good move. I think here, you're just looking to see him continue to stand out from a strength perspective, because he's another guy that looks like an NFL player, but he also looks like he might be able to hold a little bit more weight on his frame.

Derrick Moore, EDGE, Michigan

Height: 6-foot-3
Weight: 254
2025 stats: 30 tackles, 10 sacks, 2 FFs, 1 FR, 3 PDs

Sikkema: I don't think he gets enough credit for how big he actually is. When you watch him on tape, him and Josiah Stewart last year kind of played this stand-up, outside linebacker edge. And I think that when people see that technique of an edge rusher, they go, 'All right, well, he's a little bit smaller.' Well, Derrick Moore measured in at this event at 6-foot-3-and-a-half, 254. It's not like he's sitting here at 6-2, 240. He was playing with power as well in the run defense drills when they were doing the team drills. So, he's probably the name that I would say if Washington is gonna go after an edge rusher in that third round, he's somebody that I'd be circling as a good option for them.

Tyren Montgomery, WR, John Caroll

Height: 5-foot-11
Weight: 190
2025 stats: 119 receptions, 1,528 yards, 15 TDs

Sikkema: I knew nothing about Tyren Montgomery heading into this event. He was a late add ... From what I've been told, he hasn't been playing football that long. He's former basketball player, like a legit D-I basketball player, and it shows up. There are times when he doesn't have the most diverse release package for an NFL receiver. He's not always getting off the line super clean. His hand work could be better and a little more precise, but when that ball's in the air and it's time to go up and get it, full pun intended, he goes above the rim, and he can jump out of the gym. I'm so excited to see this guy out at the combine to see what his 40 time is, what the broad is, what the vertical is to measure just how explosive this guy is. Because that has absolutely shown up.
