--Redskins wide receiver Leonard Hankerson received praise from his head coach Mike Shanahan on his performance vs. the Chargers. Hankerson finished the day with five receptions for 55 yards receiving.

--Safety Brandon Meriweather spoke about his performance vs. San Diego and how he felt his game has adjusted after his suspension. Sunday was Meriweather's first game back from a one-game suspension for illegal hits.

Both had similar knee injuries and Frazier spoke on Griffin's recovery saying, "he's really looking more and more like the Robert from a season ago."
