Brandon Sosna
Senior Vice President, Football Operations
Brandon Sosna enters his third season as senior vice president of football operations. In his role as senior vice president of football operations, Sosna is the club’s lead contract negotiator, oversees a number of football operations departments, including analytics, health and performance and football administration and is one of the club’s liaisons to the business operation.

Senior Advisor to the General Manager
Doug Williams is entering his 13th season with the Washington Commanders in a front office role. Williams is currently the senior advisor to the general manager, reporting directly to General Manager Adam Peters. In his current role, Williams supports Peters and the personnel department and assists with the NFL Draft, free agency and scouting processes throughout the year.
